An entrepreneur since fifth grade, Paul Chambers is the President and Co-Founder of the Subscription Trade Association (SUBTA) and CEO and Founder of Core3 Solutions, a parent company to Element5 Digital, Gentleman’s Box, Rocket Effect, Moka Boka, and Unity Management System. Paul has extensive expertise in the subscription economy and digital marketing, dating back more than two decades, and he has been recognized by Crain’s Detroit Business as a 20 In Their 20’s. In his spare time, Paul is a firefighter in the City of Troy and loves to spend time with the world’s most amazing wife, twin daughters, and two sons.


John Haji

John Haji is one of the co-founders of The Subscription Trade Association (SUBTA). Also an operation guru, John oversees operations and logistics for all association related events, including SubSummit and Recur.

John Haji is also the co-founder and COO of the Gentleman’s Box. At Gentleman’s Box, John head’s strategic planning that focuses on growth marketing, fulfillment operations, curation, and customer experience. His primary role in the day-to-day operations is to ensure that the team is executing on all fronts related to their core values and pillars of success, which include increasing the subscriber base, reducing churn, increasing LTV and creating the ultimate experience for subscribers. Some notable partnerships include GQ Magazine, Prada, John Varvatos and Harry’s Razors.

James Brophy

James is an expert in relationship management and has a true passion for developing valuable strategic partnerships. He ensures that each and every resource partner is receiving maximum value through their partnership with SUBTA. He also oversees all sales of sponsorships and exhibitor booths at both SubSummit and Recur. His professional background started in sales and quickly lead to entrepreneurial ambitions of his own. His experience includes cofounder roles in the reoccurring revenue space where he developed knowledge in early-stage capital fundraising and business development strategies.
