The long-term relationships of a recurring subscription, or the “forever transaction,” allow companies to collect data and make better decisions about what customers will want over time. The idea is whatever problem a customer is facing—the need to look professional, no time for a trip to the mall—these sorts of styling and subscription services will solve it time and again.
