In response to Amazon’s rapid growth, The Vitamin Shoppe introduced its own subscription box — Spark Auto Delivery.
The supplements maker employed a ‘Silicon Valley thinking’ and leveraged brand equities unique only to The Vitamin Shoppe to design this one-of-a-kind subscription service.
According to John Hnanicek, Chief Customer Innovation and Technology Officer at Vitamin Shoppe, subscriptions aren’t new in this space, but this new take will offer personalization and discovery. “With Spark Auto Delivery, we are enhancing our customer’s journey from product discovery to delivery by incorporating personalized elements and interactions designed just for them.”
