Our audience consists of more than 2,000 members, partners and event attendees from D2C and B2B brands. Most are entrepreneurs, founders, C-level executives and other key decision-makers that represent various areas and stages of business.


Content should be thought-provoking, informative, relevant, actionable and written to a professional standard.

Our readers often seek insight in the following areas: Customer Experience, Marketing, Operations, Technology, Research and Trends, Leadership and Growth or Sustainability and Social Good.

Articles packed with self-promotion will not be considered.
